Marcus NPC Spawn Bug

Hi,

I try to speak with Marcus, the NPC in spawn, but nothing happens. I see the message prompt next to their name, but when i click on them to interact, no dialogue follows. Others in the server at this time were unable to interact with this NPC as well.
