Custom Lights turning off when rejoining

Have an issue where custom lights will almost always go out whenever I leave the server and only come back on if I re-place them. Sometimes random ones will be on when I rejoin, but for the most part they are all off. I don't think it affects mobs spawning because I haven’t had anything spawn in the time that ive been on so might just be a visual bug
